I'm supporting Share the Dignity's #ItsInTheBag
This year I am supporting Share the Dignity's annual Christmas appeal It's in the Bag by hosting a packing party.
Each year Share the Dignity receives over 200,000 requests for It's in the Bags but typically receive 100,000 help women and girls who are fleeing DV or experiencing homelessness. Each bag is packed with love and care, including basic essentials, period products, and special gifts to bring comfort and dignity to someone in need over the Christmas season.
You can help make a difference too! Come along to our packing party and be part of this incredible effort, or if you can't make it, you can help by making a donation to Share the Dignity to help continue their amazing work.
Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products and essential items through #ItsintheBag donations to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia.

Bags of Hope: Why Giving Dignity Matters This Christmas
Wednesday 19th NovEvery Christmas, we’re reminded that kindness doesn’t need to be big or loud to make a difference. Sometimes, it looks like a simple bag filled with everyday essentials — items we often take for granted, but for women and girls facing homelessness, domestic violence, or hardship, they can mean everything.
This year, I’m hosting an It’s in the Bag packing party to support Share the Dignity’s annual Christmas appeal. It’s a chance to come together, give generously, and create something practical, thoughtful, and deeply meaningful. Each bag we fill is more than just toiletries and small gifts — it’s a message of dignity, support, and hope to someone who needs it.
Christmas can be a difficult time for many, but it’s also a beautiful opportunity for us to show compassion. By packing these bags with care, we’re helping women feel seen, valued, and supported as they move forward into a new year.
A little kindness can go a long way — and together, we can make sure every woman receives not just a gift, but a reminder that she matters.
