This year I am supporting Share the Dignity's annual Christmas appeal It's in the Bag by collecting products or donations.
Each year Share the Dignity receives over 200,000 requests for It's in the Bags but typically receive 100,000 help women and girls who are fleeing DV or experiencing homelessness. Each bag is packed with love and care, including basic essentials, period products, and special gifts to bring comfort and dignity to someone in need over the Christmas season.
You can help make a difference too! You can help by making a donation to Share the Dignity to help continue their amazing work.
Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products and essential items through #ItsintheBag donations to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia.

Tuesday 14th Oct🎄💖 Share the Dignity – #ItsInTheBag Christmas Appeal 💖🎄
This year, for a change, I’ve decided to collect items and make up some bags myself for the Share the Dignity #ItsInTheBag Christmas Appeal — and add that special little note of kindness inside each one. ✨
Even better — Kerry, Linda, Annette, Aimee, and Amber have all joined me in this beautiful cause! Together, we’re hoping to spread a little love and dignity to women and girls who are doing it tough this Christmas. 💕
Each bag is filled with everyday essentials — like shampoo, deodorant, and toothpaste — plus a few special treats to make someone feel cared for and remembered.
If you’d like to help, the official collection runs from 14–30 November 2025 at participating Bunnings stores. You can donate a full bag or even just a few items — it all makes a difference.
Let’s make this Christmas a little brighter, one bag (and one kind note) at a time. 🌸
