I'm supporting Share the Dignity's #ItsInTheBag

This year I am supporting Share the Dignity's annual Christmas appeal It's in the Bag by hosting a packing party. 

Each year Share the Dignity receives over 200,000 requests for It's in the Bags but typically receive 100,000 help women and girls who are fleeing DV or experiencing homelessness. Each bag is packed with love and care, including basic essentials, period products, and special gifts to bring comfort and dignity to someone in need over the Christmas season.

You can help make a difference too! Come along to our packing party and be part of this incredible effort, or if you can't make it, you can help by making a donation to Share the Dignity to help continue their amazing work.

Share the Dignity

Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products and essential items through #ItsintheBag donations to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia.

Packing Party success- 82 Bags- THANK YOU

Saturday 8th Nov
We held the  Share the Dignity packing party this morning.

Our goal was 60 bags- we packed 82!!!

75 Adult bags
6 Teen Bags (thanks to our resident teen consultant Jessica Smith)
1 Mum and Baby Bag.

To each and everyone of you for your interest, your donations, your presence - these things don't' happen alone. THANK YOU.

Nothing stronger than women supporting other women ( plus our resident Bro in the Know - Robert- logistics manager extraordinaire)

Such a fun morning despite the heat- at least the AC was working this year!!!

I don't know what 2026 brings - but maybe we will do it all again I’ll let you know.

Our bags will go a long way to completing my first local delivery, and this is all before the campaign starts in earnest on Friday 15th.

Well lovely people- less than a week to go and we are on target to pack 60+ bags.
The generosity has been overwhelming  and I can't tell you how humbled I am by the support. Thank you.
