"I was on my last tampon so I went to the bathroom to wrap some toilet paper around my pants, but there was the Share the Dignity machine. I had never seen one before, and it saved the day."

The Dignity Vending Machine is a world-first innovation that dispenses a free period pack, with six tampons and two pads at the push of a button.

These machines are so important for our community, giving dignified access to period products without the receiver needing to ask, which is often a barrier because of the shame and stigmas associated with menstruation, leaving women and girls going without.

We rely on our amazing community of supporters and businesses to ensure we have enough funds for these machines.

We need your support to help keep our Dignity Vending Machines running.

Inspiration for our Dignity Vending Machines

People should never have to use rolled up toilet paper or hand towels to manage their periods, or choose between feeding their family or buying period products.

School children should not have to miss school to avoid the embarrassment of not being able to afford pads and tampons.

Dignity Vending Machines have helped to provide a way for women, girls and those who menstruate to access free period products, without the anxiety and shame that many feel when having to ask someone else for help.

When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
