It’s #GivingTuesday today! A day of global giving where everyone can have an impact! If you are interested in supporting Share the Dignity, here are 5 ways you can get involved.
1. Donate your time
Our Sheroes and Heroes (what we call our volunteers) are the backbone of Share the Dignity. Without them, we could not run our initiatives and activities across Australia in our work towards ending period poverty. You don’t need to commit hours and hours – our volunteers are busy people, we just ask for a few hours per week during our initatives to help us get period products and other essentials to those in need. We need volunteers with all kinds of skills, so please sign up and let us know how you can help us!

5. Share our mission
Our mission is to ensure that everyone is afforded the dignity in life that so many of us take for granted and to bring dignity to women, girls and those who menstruate, who are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, or period poverty through the distribution of period products. You can help spread the word by following us on social media, learning more about what we do on our website and telling your friends and family about our cause!
