Share the Dignity in partnership with Victoria University has created a data-driven insight guide to provide clear opportunities for sport facilities, councils and decision makers to act and support menstruating players.

We want to encourage more people to play sport more often!

DID YOU KNOW
68% OF MENSTRUATORS HAVE SKIPPED SPORT DUE TO THEIR PERIOD?

At Share the Dignity we are committed to removing menstruation as a barrier to participation. We have created educational materials which not only help athletes manage their period but utilise their menstrual cycle to make the most of their training.

As well as tailored education, we are pushing for better support for menstruators through access to free period products, removing the prohibitive financial barriers faced by many.

RESOURCES FOR COACHES & ATHLETES

Tailor your training regime to take advantage of your hormonal highs and lows. Don't menstruate? We'll help you empathise with what is happening to those on your team who do menstruate, understand how it will affect their performance (for better or worse!), and give you tips on how you can support them.
