We have set a team fitness goal this year as part of Move for Dignity 2022. Move for Dignity is a virtual fitness challenge that calls on Australians to set a fitness goal to achieve through the month of October.

As part of our challenge, we are raising funds to help those in need. Did you know that women and girls across Australia are using toilet paper, socks, newspaper and sometimes even worse, nothing to manage their periods? This is not okay, and we can make a change for these women and girls.

Please support us in any way that you can and let's together play our part in providing the basic essentials to women and girls in need.

Share the Dignity

Share the Dignity works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products to those in need and work to provide the basics of essentials here in Australia.

When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.

Each year they assist those in need by providing free period products and bags filled with life's essentials.
